Meet Patrick

Move the Air Around You

I am Patrick Clark and this is my philosophy.

When struggling with what to do in a moment of indecision—do SOMETHING! Whether that's articulating a thought out loud, physically moving your limbs, or making a mark on a blank page, the act of disrupting vocal or physical silence can lead to discovery and inspire your next steps.

I use this philosophy while guiding people through improvisational exercises that will make you laugh, loosen up tension, open your mind, and bring you confidence.
